\u88fd\u6210\u7684\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u7d50\u69cb\u5143\u4ef6\u3002\u5b83\u5c08\u70ba\u9ad8\u6eab\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u548c\u5149\u96fb\u52a0\u5de5\u8a2d\u5099\u800c\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u5728\u6975\u7aef\u64cd\u4f5c\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\u5177\u6709\u6975\u4f73\u7684\u71b1\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\u3001\u6a5f\u68b0\u5f37\u5ea6\u3001\u8010\u8150\u8755\u6027\u548c\u5c3a\u5bf8\u7cbe\u5ea6\u3002.<\/p>\n<p \u61f8\u81c2\u588a\u5177\u6709\u66f4\u9577\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u58fd\u547d\u3001\u66f4\u4f4e\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u98a8\u96aa\u4ee5\u53ca\u66f4\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u6297\u71b1\u8b8a\u5f62\u80fd\u529b\u3002.<\/p>\n<p contenteditable=\"false\">\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2>SiC \u61f8\u81c2\u69f3\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7279\u6027<\/h2>\n<h3>\u512a\u7570\u7684\u8010\u9ad8\u6eab\u6027\u80fd<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">SiC \u61f8\u81c2\u69f3\u53ef\u5728\u9ad8\u9054 1380 \u00b0C \u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\u4e0b\u6301\u7e8c\u904b\u4f5c\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u6703\u7522\u751f\u8b8a\u5f62\u6216\u7d50\u69cb\u6545\u969c\u3002\u9019\u4f7f\u5f97\u5b83\u975e\u5e38\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u64f4\u6563\u3001\u6c27\u5316\u3001\u6c2e\u5316\u3001\u9000\u706b\u4ee5\u53ca\u5de5\u4f5c\u6eab\u5ea6\u5728 1000-1300 \u00b0C \u4e4b\u9593\u7684 LPCVD \u88fd\u7a0b\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3>\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u6a5f\u68b0\u5f37\u5ea6<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">RB-SiC \u6750\u6599\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u6eab\u5ea6\u5347\u9ad8\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u4e5f\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u5353\u8d8a\u7684\u5f4e\u66f2\u5f37\u5ea6\u548c\u525b\u6027\u3002\u7a69\u5b9a\u7684\u6a6b\u622a\u9762\u8a2d\u8a08\u53ef\u78ba\u4fdd\u5c0d\u5927\u76f4\u5f91\u6676\u5713\u7684\u53ef\u9760\u652f\u6490\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u6e1b\u5c11\u7194\u7210\u904b\u884c\u6642\u7684\u632f\u52d5\u548c\u4e0b\u5782\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3>\u8d85\u4f4e\u6c61\u67d3<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u8207\u91d1\u5c6c\u8f09\u9ad4\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u78b3\u5316\u77fd\u4e0d\u6703\u5728\u9ad8\u6eab\u52a0\u5de5\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u91cb\u653e\u91d1\u5c6c\u96e2\u5b50\u6216\u5fae\u7c92\u3002\u9019\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u7dad\u6301\u6676\u5713\u7684\u6e05\u6f54\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u9ad8\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u88fd\u9020\u826f\u7387\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3>\u512a\u7570\u7684\u6297\u71b1\u885d\u64ca\u80fd\u529b<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u588a\u7247\u53ef\u627f\u53d7\u5feb\u901f\u52a0\u71b1\u548c\u51b7\u537b\u5faa\u74b0\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u6703\u7834\u88c2\u6216\u7ff9\u66f2\u3002\u5b83\u7684\u9ad8\u6297\u71b1\u9707\u6027\u80fd\u5927\u5927\u5ef6\u9577\u4e86\u64cd\u4f5c\u58fd\u547d\uff0c\u4e26\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u7dad\u8b77\u983b\u7387\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3>\u512a\u7570\u7684\u8010\u8150\u8755\u6027<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">SiC \u6750\u6599\u5c0d\u9178\u3001\u9e7c\u3001\u6c27\u5316\u548c\u8150\u8755\u6027\u88fd\u7a0b\u6c23\u9ad4\u6709\u6975\u4f73\u7684\u8010\u53d7\u6027\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u56b4\u82db\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u88fd\u7a0b\u74b0\u5883\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3>LPCVD \u88fd\u7a0b\u76f8\u5bb9\u6027<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u78b3\u5316\u77fd\u7684\u71b1\u81a8\u8139\u4fc2\u6578\u8207\u4e00\u822c LPCVD \u934d\u819c\u6750\u6599\u975e\u5e38\u63a5\u8fd1\uff0c\u53ef\u6709\u6548\u964d\u4f4e\u71b1\u61c9\u529b\u3001\u934d\u5c64\u812b\u5c64\u53ca\u5fae\u7c92\u6c61\u67d3\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3>\u4f7f\u7528\u58fd\u547d\u9577<\/h3>\n<p
